1. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufacturer specializing in the production and export of various steel strip and band saw blades, with a complete range, excellent quality, favorable prices, fast delivery, and professional export experience.
2. Q: Can I get samples firstly?
A: Yes, we can supply free samples with you to test the chemical composition and physical properties, but you need to pay the cost of shipment.
3. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: If the transaction amount is small, the buyer needs to 100%. If the transaction amount is larger, 30%-50% advance payment can accept.
4. Q: Are OEM/ODM possible ? Can you do customized packaging?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome. We have a design team to help out with making logo & package designs.
5. Q: What is your lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.
