The high carbon rolling shutter spring steel strip is manufactured by continuous heat treatment furnace and oil quenching, can reach required hardness through annealling, tempering and hardended. Those strips are supplied with different options, such as cutting edge, round edge or dressed. Surface includes matt finish (untreated), polished, bright, blue finish. With great mechanical properties, it can be easily formed and processed as blades, rolling shutter springs for window or door, trowels.

1) Grade: 45, 50, 55, 65, 70, 75, 85, 65Mn, 55SiMnV, 60Si2MnA, 60Si2CrA, etc.
